Conditions of Return
At By Cloud Fragrance, we offer a hassle-free return policy provided the following conditions are met:
Notification Period: Returns must be notified within seven days from the date of product delivery.
Product Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, including any samples, manuals, and all accompanying materials.
Product Type: Returns are applicable only for fragrances. Beauty products are not eligible for return.
Reason for Return: Returns are only accepted in cases of product mismatch or manufacturing defects.
Usage: Items must not have been used. If an item is found to have been used, a cash refund will not be possible.
Types of Returns
Returns may be processed either for a replacement of the product or a refund, subject to the conditions listed above. Please note, no refunds will be applicable for international orders once the orders have been shipped.
How Do You Receive a Refund
Online Prepaid Orders: For orders paid online, a cancellation fee of 2.5% of the total order value will be deducted if the cancellation is made without a valid reason. Additionally, if the order is shipped and then returned, a courier fee of AED 25 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Timing
Refunds to credit cards may take between 7 to 10 days. Refunds to the e-wallet will be processed within one working day upon the return of the order to our warehouse.
